Prosper Vignone is a Senior Principal at Bridge Growth Partners.

Mr. Vignone joined Bridge Growth Partners as a Senior Advisor in 2024. His career includes more than 20 years at IBM where he held numerous executive positions across finance, strategy, business development, and M&A as a member of the company’s senior leadership team. During his time with IBM, he served as Vice President and head of business development, and Vice President, Corporate Development overseeing global M&A strategy, transaction execution, and venture capital investing as well as post-merger integration efforts. In those roles, Mr. Vignone helped lead the company through multiple technology inflection points, including SaaS, Cloud, Blockchain, and AI.

Prior to joining Bridge Growth Partners, Mr. Vignone was an Investment Principal at Siris Capital Group where he co-led investment team coverage of infrastructure software, tech-enabled services, and healthcare IT.

He holds an M.B.A. degree from the Yale School of Management, and a B.S. from the University of Connecticut.
