We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and security of our current and former limited partners’ non-public personal information. Accordingly, we have developed internal policies to protect confidentiality while allowing limited partners’ needs to be met.

 

We respect your right to privacy. We also know, however, that you expect us to conduct our

funds’ investment programs in an accurate and efficient manner. To do so, we must collect

and disclose certain non-public personal information about you and the funds’ other limited partners.

We collect this information from sources such as subscription agreements and other forms,

and from transactions made with us, credit bureaus, our affiliates or third parties.

 

Nonpublic personal information collected from any source may include your name and address, social security number or taxpayer identification number, assets, income information, account balance, investment activity and experience, as well as accounts at other institutions.

 

We will not disclose any non-public personal information about limited partners who are

individuals, except to our affiliates such as our affiliated pooled investment vehicles, investment advisers and general partners, and with nonaffiliated third parties  for our everyday business purposes, such as to process your transactions, maintain your account(s), respond to court orders and legal investigations.  Nonaffiliated third parties we share with can include our accountants, attorneys, administrators, transfer agents, custodians and broker-dealers.

 

We may also disclose your nonpublic personal information to our affiliates for marketing purposes, such as to offer our products and services to you.  Further, we may also disclose your nonpublic personal information as described above to nonaffiliated third parties that perform marketing services on our behalf.  We do not engage in joint marketing.

Any party that receives this information pursuant to the foregoing will be authorized to use it

only for the services required and as allowed by applicable law or regulation, and will not be

permitted to share or use this information for any other purpose. To protect this information,

we permit access only by authorized employees who need access to that information to in order to perform their jobs. To protect your nonpublic personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law.  These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.
