Steve DeCarlo is a member of the Global Advisory Council at Bridge Growth Partners. He is currently Executive Chairman of AmWINS, a global specialty insurance distributor.

Prior to being named Executive Chairman, Mr. DeCarlo served as Chief Executive Officer of AmWINS for 17 years, leading the business through the merger of several specialty wholesalers. He has served on the AmWINS Board of Directors since he joined AmWINS in December 2000.

Mr. DeCarlo is a graduate of East Tennessee State University (ETSU) with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, where he serves as a member of the ETSU Board of Trustees, is a member of the ETSU Foundation, and is also affiliated with the Distinguished President’s Trust.

Naeem Fayyaz is a member of the Global Advisory Council of Bridge Growth Partners. He currently serves as the President of Pound Capital, Ltd., a venture capital firm investing in early and growth stage companies in the healthcare and technology sectors.

Mr. Fayyaz brings more than 30 years of experience and expertise in alternative investments across various sectors. Previously, he served as a Staff Accountant at PWC and in various financial positions at Schering-Plough (now Merck).

Mr. Fayyaz currently serves as Chairman of the board for several companies including Magik Eye, Inc., a technology startup. He received his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from New York University before going on to get his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the NYU Stern School of Business.

Bill Green is a member of the Global Advisory Council of Bridge Growth Partners, and is the Chairman of Syniti, a BGP portfolio company.

Mr. Green is the former Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Accenture, a global management consulting and technology services company, serving as CEO from 2004-2010, and Chairman from 2006-2013. During his tenure as CEO, Accenture grew revenue from approximately $14 billion to approximately $22 billion, doubled its workforce to 211,000 employees and expanded its global footprint. Prior to serving as CEO, Mr. Green was Accenture’s Chief Operating Officer-Client Services with overall management responsibility for the company’s operating groups.

Mr. Green serves as a Director of GTY Technology Holdings, Inovalon, Pivotal Software, and S&P Global (McGraw Hill). Formerly, Mr. Green served as a Director of EMC from July 2013 to August 2016, and was also EMC’s independent Lead Director from February 2015 to August 2016

In addition, Mr. Green serves on the boards of several other private companies and is on the National Board of Year Up. Mr. Green is deeply involved in several organizations and business groups supporting education in the United States and around the world.

Fred Langhammer is a member of the Global Advisory Council at Bridge Growth Partners. He is currently Chairman, Global Affairs, of The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., a global leader in consumer products and cosmetics.

Prior to being named Chairman, Global Affairs, Mr. Langhammer was Chief Executive Officer of The Estée Lauder Companies from 2000-2004, President from 1995-2004, and Chief Operating Officer from 1985-1999. Mr. Langhammer joined The Estée Lauder Companies in 1975 as President of its operations in Japan. In 1982, he was appointed Managing Director of its operations in Germany.

He is also a former Director of Industria de Diseno Textil, The Gillette Company, The Shinsei Bank and The Walt Disney Company. He is a Senior Fellow of the Foreign Policy Association and a Director of the Japan Society. He is also a Director of the German American Chamber of Commerce, Inc., and is Co-Chairman of the American Institute for Contemporary German Studies at Johns Hopkins University.

Honourable John Manley is a member of the Global Advisory Council at Bridge Growth Partners.

Previously, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Business Council of Canada from 2010 to 2018. Throughout more than 15 years of public service, Mr. Manley held several senior portfolios in the Canadian federal government serving as Minister of Industry, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of Finance and Deputy Prime Minister.

He currently serves as the Chair of Jefferies Financial Canada and is Chair of the Board of Directors of TELUS. Mr. Manley was previously Chairman of the Board of CIBC, including the bank’s US subsidiaries as well as CAE. He is Fellow of the CD Howe Institute, the Royal Canadian Geographic Society, and the Institute of Corporate Directors. He is a founding member of the Wilson Center Global Advisory Council, a past member of the Brookings Institution International Advisory Council and Chair of the Canadian Global Affairs Institute (CGAI) Advisory Council.

Phil Nolan is a member of the Global Advisory Council at Bridge Growth Partners. Mr. Nolan serves as a Director of MAG Aerospace, Metis Solutions, CACI International, and the SSA Board of Cap Gemini. Additionally, Mr. Nolan is a Managing Director of Blue Delta Capital Partners. Mr. Nolan formerly served as the Chairman of Salient CRGT.

Mr. Nolan was most recently the Chief Executive Officer of Camber Corporation, which was acquired by Huntington Ingalls Industries in 2016. Prior to that, Mr. Nolan was Chairman, President and CEO of Stanley, Inc., which he took public in 2006 and then sold to CGI Group in 2010 for $1.2 billion. Under Mr. Nolan’s leadership, Stanley grew from a 20-person operation to a company of 5,000 employees and almost $1 billion in revenue.

Mr. Nolan holds a B.S. in physics from the U.S. Naval Academy, an M.S.E. in engineering management from the Catholic University of America, and a J.D. from George Washington University’s National Law Center. He is a member of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C. bars.

Mr. Noonan was the founder of Validus Group, where he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for 13 years (from 2005-2018).

He was previously President and Chief Executive Officer of American Re (from 1997-2002), and before that worked for Swiss Re.

Kevin Parker is a Senior Advisor at Bridge Growth Partners. He is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of HireVue, which he joined in 2016.

Previously, Mr. Parker served as the Chief Executive Officer of Deltek, a leading global provider of enterprise software and information solutions. He was named “Entrepreneur of the Year” at the 2012 Ernst and Young Awards for the software services division. Before joining Deltek, Mr. Parker was Chief Financial Officer and later Co-President of PeopleSoft, a leading provider of management software technology, in the years prior to its acquisition by Oracle.

Mr. Parker is also the Chairman of Aptos, a current Director of Intermedia.net and Plex Systems, and was a former Director of Camber and Polycom. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of Clarkson University, where he received his B.S. degree in accounting.

Mandakini (Mandy) Puri is a member of the Global Advisory Council of Bridge Growth Partners.

She currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Vornado Realty Trust, and on the Graduate Executive Board of The Wharton School.  Previously, Ms. Puri served as a Managing Director and co-head of BlackRock Global Private Equity, and was a founding member and Chief Investment Officer of Merrill Lynch’s private equity business, which was established in 1994.
